Does any one know if the ecm out of a 2005 express 2500 van will work with any 2003 up 5.3? I'm gathering parts for my sawp and there's a ecm out of a van that I could get buti don't know if it will work.

I would call whoever you are going to have tune your computer just to be sure, but it should work. Vans got DBW in 04 so it should be the same as a 03-06 truck computer.

what he said plus you need to know what trans you are going to use and what harness you are going to use.
