i've ordered plenty of stuff from the Truck Shop and i was happy with my orders. their prices are great. for some reason they don't have a computerized order processing system, so it was little frustrating if you needed to call back and add something to an order. they do all of the order forms by hand. when i called, somebody was filling out the form by hand as i told them what i wanted. i've found it's easier to fill out the form they give you and fax it.

They do have a hard copy catalog. I have bought from them for several years and their prices are great, the guys I've delt with are great and I haven't seen a significant difference in their quality to any others. They also have specials at the shows they do which can't be beat. They do sometimes sell out of certain items if they are on the road and doing several shows in sequence. Good luck as I have a set of their mirrors on my turck for 5 years and are only now starting to pit a bit---probably shoud have washed or waxed them at some point~~

I've gotten alot of my parts thru them. But I will say I did have a bad time. I called to make an order on a Tuesday some 6 months ago. I called the next day to confirm my order and they had not seen it. So it was placed again. I waited till thursday to call and check on my order and they said I had two sets of orders. So I canceled one order and the lady said that it would go out to be shipped weds of next week. I placed my original order on a monday and now its gonna be 10 days till it goes out. Plus having delivery take 7-10 business days. I freaked!!! Keep in mind I live about 2 hours away. I asked her if I could forget the whole order and that I would drive in to pick my things up tomorrow. She said no. So I asked to speak to a manager. Spoke with him, of which he wasnt gonna refund my order until I told him that word spreads quick when you know or have access to maybe 8,000 or so people that this isn't a place to buy parts from. LONG STORY SHORT: I got a check in the mail fed-ex'ed for the first order of items, and my items came UPS on a Saterday, two days after I talked to the Manager! So overall I was impressed with the handling of what happened, and they have great products. So this is a good place to buy from.

dunno if this was mentioned anywhere ... but you WON'T buy NOS GM mirrors for $29 each ... the $29 models are Asian made repro's.
