blazer rear bmpr brkt ?
Are the rear sport style bumper brackets on a blazer, like a suburban or a pickup?

My Jimmy only has the outrigger arms that bolt to the frame, the other area bolts directly to the frame, just like a front bumper would.

Not sure what the other's look like but the rear blazer frame is rounded for the center bumper bolt's. Then there are two short outter bracket's, one per side.

Far as i know, no changes. Just got my splash pans from chopped 71, and those are the same as pickup. (off blazer)

My splash pans are different then a PU
They arent flat, they angle up to compensate for the frame. |

gee emm: You didn't have to cut away the bottom of your tg just so we could get a good look at the splash trays.

Outer brackets for the sport bumpers on the Blazers, Burbs, and trucks, (short and long) are the same.
The splash shields for the Blazers are specific to the Blazer. The splash shields for the stepsides are specific to the stepside and the splash shields for the fleetsides, (short or long) are the same. The Burb has a different setup as the manual shows a rubber shield, although I have never seen one. This applies to the sport bumpers. Jim |
