Lightbulb Lowering my '59...

Hey guys...

I want to lower my Chevy a bit without having to go crazy. I looked into a leaf kit from Speedway to drop the front 3 inches without having to change tie rods, or having a bumpsteer issue (so they say) The back, I know my options are endless, but does anyone have suggestions for the front, without subframing it to get it down a bit? Am I really even going to notice 3 inches?
