race on the freeway

well, it was 5:30am, and i am on my way to work. the freeway is nice and empty and all of a sudden this greenish blue camero starts getting on my a$$. there are no other cars in sight, so im like, ummm what is this guy trying to prove? i turn from the middle lane into the right lane to let him pass, and he does the same. so i was like ohh i see i throw it into high gear and get on it. he jumps back into the middle lane and does the same. i keep my eye on the rearview mirrror as i watch his car get smaller and smaller.

im not really proud of winning against this guy since it was a 6 banger with some really stupid blue foglights that were adjusted at different hights. but i would guess that his car was about a 1993.

the way i look at it people that think just because it a truck that it can't go fast should be shut down once in a while- i shut down a mustang 5.0 the other day because he thought my ride was a junker

305's rock. I like to put mine in 3rd and hit 3500+ RPMs.
The little 305 likes to pull from 2200 - 4500 RPMs.
Hey ever hit 3000 RPMs in OD.

i know what you mean, i know its not a fast engine, but it works good. it also keeps me from going too fast haha.. but i cant really say what my rpms are at because i dont have a tach, but playing it by ear, i would guess i have gotten it to 3 grand in overdrive.
