Portland, OR and PIR swap meet score! Did anyone else go??
The PIR racetrack meet seemed to be off just a tad but not too bad. The Portland Expo meet was huge as always. Picked up some great Holleys for ole "HP Carburetors" and even got a couple of Edelbrocks along with 2 old Predator carbs. The intake you see is an Eddy Performer for my trucks 396. Bought the super nice intake, Cherry holley zinc 750 and a 14" chrome air cleaner for $120!!!!
Did anyone else go? I know it's still going on. Man.....there was some bad ars C-10s out there. Sure they wanted a fortune for them but they were nice. I realize this thread is worthless without pics so you don't need to post that! LOL |

Holy carburetors! I thought I had too many lying around and i only have 1/4 that you got. Good score on the manifold/750 combo. $120 is awesome

Here right now....I got pretty much skunked out for deals, Brother in law bought a TKO 600 for his chevelle and a cowl hood, and a pair of 66 buckets.......I got a blank repop tailgate, set of repop cal custom valve covers, but i couldn't find any GMC 68 poverty caps.

I went all day friday.. stopped by ClassicBowties, I think I seen Brads truck for sale but he must have been wondering around. VERY nice day and my feet are sore from walking all day! That swap meet is crazy!! Love it

I wish it was 4 times a year instead of one.

Just got back. Weather sucked, but it was interesting to see all the stuff.

Don't get me wrong......I travel! Was in Puyallup in Feb. Will be in Monroe, WA this May. I just love how there are 2 completely different ones the same weekend, though I don't understand why.
