picked up some new wheels, what are they from?

I snagged a set of wheels for my truck at a show today, the guy said they were off his 61 but I think he meant he had them on his 61 vs them being original to that truck. I'd like to find some police caps or baby moons for them but don't know enough about the wheels to know what to get. They are wider than the wheels that are currently on the truck that I was told were stock (these are about 8") but they look a lot more like the late 50's wheels vs the 1960's.

Also they've got the holes for the center cap clips - will local tire places mount those or what kind of place do I need to look for to get something like that?
