Inside Cab measurement
Can someone measure the inside of the cab from arm rest to arm rest? I am looking for some seats and I have some ideas I just need to know how much room I have to work with.

Re: Inside Cab measurement
I get 60" armrest to armrest on my 83 Silverado, but my stock seat is about 59" wide, and it is not as high as the armrest (which tapers down toward the door panel, giving you some room to reach your hand down between the seat and door pane to grab the shoulder belt.) I have a stock seat rebuilt about 1" thicker/higher than stock, so a true stock seat would give more room between the seat and door panel. If you go with integral seatbelt seats (like 2000-2006 Silverado/Sierra or Chrysler Sebring convertible seats), then you could go close to 60" since you would not have to have room to grab the shoulder belt. However, non-stock seats will require fabrication of adapter brackets, which will likely raise the seat up a bit, bringing the seat closer to the 60" armrest to armrest limit. Here is a pic.
