Testing an a/c unit?

I want to sell the AMA under dash unit that I pulled from my burb, but Imnot sure if it still works and dont want to hassle myself or anyone else by selling it and then it being a dud. I bought new several years ago, hardly ever used it and it ran when I turned it on last ( about 3 years ago) . Is there any way to check to see if the condenser etc. works with it not being installed?

Thanks
junk

Re: Testing an a/c unit?

About all you can do is test the evap coil and condenser with vacuum or pressure in some make shift manner.
