250 timing mark

can someone show me a pic of a I6 250 ignition timing mark with the numbers on it. i tuned my whole truck up and rebuilt my carb and i can get it to run just right because i cant make out the numbers on the timing tab thats on the timing cover. spec says to set it at 4 degrees so if someone has theres number it would be much appericiated if you could share a pic

Post # 44 shows a typical timing tab. Yours might not have any numbers on it. Usually each mark is 2 degrees.

ok man thanks, i didnt know where zero was to go from, i was thinking it was the big notch in the tab but wasent for sure. thanks for the good info man
