carrier bearing
my 78 is having some issues, if your in gear turning hard right like a u turn the drivetrain will clang and clank like it has slop in it, but left it doesnt do this, could it be the carrier bearing? jacked it up rearend is good trans shift great no funny noises, it will also clang between gears. it has posi so it does do the posi shuffle once in awhile. is it the carrier bearing.
