Question 67/68 c10 trim on a 71 c10?

I have a 71 but I want to use the trim off the 67/68 models that goes along the bottom of the side of the truck and around the wheel wells. would that work or do I need a 68?

Should work.....I'd only be concerned about the trim holes from the later trim not being covered up by the narrower early trim.....if those mounting holes are there of course.

someone on here has a build of a blue truck with the trim...cant remember who it was, i just remember he lowered the side markers too

That was project "Low Buck." He also put a 67/68 hood on the truck and cut it up to fit behind the 69-72 grill.
