1984 Chevy 4x4 Build
Here is the start of my 1984 chevy 4x4 build,truck has 6" rough country suspension lift/3" body lift, currently on 35" boggers,350 4 bolt main mild cam,high rise intake,holly carb,roller rockers backed with a th350/np205.

Looking good. I have an '84 myself but I'm going the opposite direction.

I now have the truck at my buddies shop and this build just got a bit more serious, we have it down to rolling chassi the plan is to put a different cab on witch i already have sittin on the trailer and clean the frame up not go over board but just clean it up,fix the front drive shaft and put it back together slowly and clean the wires up

We took the cab off my other truck got it to the shop and we put new CUSTOM or home made cab mounts on it took us from start to finish about 10 hours and a hand full of lefties to do all 4, we had no idea what we were doing just cut and figured it out from there, when replacing the back cab mounts cover your seats we had a seat fire i will post pictures of that when i pull the seats out to get re covered

We had a real hard time researching how to do a cab mount replacement hopefully these pictures will help all you other first time chev builders

At the end of the day this is what we ended up with, now its time to make it all line up and clean up the cluster Fcuk of wires, metal for the flat bed is ordered and is next weekends project more pictures to come thanks for looking
