mold growing...whats the best way to get rid of it?

My sons 95 vw sat over the winter under a tarp cause his sun roof leaks. Whats the best way to remove all the mold that has started to grow?

For the seats id get them shampood. For the rest id just get some neutral disinfectant cleaner and a few rags and clean it up. Make sure you wear a mask and sealed goggels when you do it though.

Maybe stop by a local detail shop and see what products they might recommend.

First thing is to wear a respirator, not just a dust mask. You have no idea what the spores in that mold contain. I used a mold killer from home depot that was bleach free (you would want to on the car interior to prevent discoloration) Good luck!
