I believe early 90's. I bought a set from pickmup for a set of rally wheels for my dads 70.

Hub Cap Annies
I can't find their phone number, but this outfit goes to all of the northwest swap meets and can identify any hubcap. I'm sure there are others. Did you try your local Chevy dealer (just to identify - not buy)? good luck, Scott

Hey Ron,
I have one of those caps in the garage if you're still looking for one. Say 5 bucks shipped? Just let me know. |

I believe they're late 90's or early 2000's. Here's a pic of mine.

I believe the caps like that with the "fake" lug nuts came on the '88-89 Full size trucks. I thinks the '90-98's had black plastic lug nut covers, that screwed on to the real lug nuts.

lolife99 is correct. They are off of an 88-89 and possibly very early 90's 2wd. They later switched to the plastic screw-on lugnut type because these older styles had a tendency to fly off. Of course the good thing about these, though, is that you don't have to have the special threaded (real) lugnuts.
