Re: Anyone ever dealt with this company

Why would you want to convert a custom camper. I can see doing it to a truck thatis nothing special. Personally I rather have a C 10 but not on that truck. It is worth more the way it is.
I bought a 3/4 ton truck but it was nothing special and i will convert that, or part it out I have not figured that one out yet. hahahaaha

Re: Anyone ever dealt with this company

As long as he keeps all the parts it can easily be put back to the factory set-up.

Just like at Thunder Road: "Rules are their ain't no rules"

Would rather leave as much of the suspension intact as possible but if what I have read I have understood you can't get the disc brake spindles to go on the 3/4 ton A arms unless I have misunderstood as there is a difficlulty with the upper ball joints. But I may be mistaken. I would rather keep whats there and just get the disc brake upgrade and lower the stance a bit for the front and as for the back I haven't researched it properly but some have indicated some sort of problem with the HO52 rear end and have said that it is better to get a more modern rear axle not sure why. I however think there may be a way to convert it to the discs in the rear with the 5 lug pattern to allow a greater variety of wheel fitment. I am not trying to destroy the integrity of a somewhat rare classic just improve on the stance and breaking ability. Thanks for your concerns though perhaps conversion was the wrong term.
