Thanks for the input guys, I wish I'd thought of cutting the top of the frame sooner but its too late now. My frame has already been powder coated.

OK this might be a stupid idea but here goes. Would it be OK (safe) to cut down the "rails" under the cab that come in contact with the fame where the cab bushings go? Here's a pic of what I'm referring too.

And a pic of why cutting the frame is not an option.

It sounds like the best way for you to go is the Porterbuilt body drop. Just pop the digits of the body mounts powdercoat the new pb mounts and bolt them up! Regardless you have to cut the front frame horns where the radiator support mount up. And your frame already being powdercoated you would have to weld right there! Just my input and you will be laying body!
