Does this crossmember move the wheels forward? How much ground clearance is gained? My truck sitting at 4.5" drop and the swaybar ans crossmember hit everything.

I got one of these a couple months ago. Only took a couple hours to install. AND its a true bolt in kit. No welding at all. Looks good too. Cell phone pics so no justice but here. Its A 70 shorty
