those look like the brackets that hold down the flux capacitor.

They look similar to the bumper bracket bolts I had on my 01 Silverado.

Whenever I sell a vehicle I like to throw odd ball parts in a box and put them behind the seat. I figure it will give the new owner something to think about...

I remember seeing something like that when I changed out my front crossmember to a 72 disc brake frontend.

BINGO!!!!!!!!!! I've been looking at that photo in my head since it got posted trying to remember where the heck I've seen those bolts.
I even started to dismis it when the late model bumber comment was made... it is VERY much like late model chevy and Ford bumper bolts...
However, that comment made me remember... 2 or 3 years ago when I had the burb scattered all over the back yard, I think I remember this as going inside the front crossmemember. I am 99% sure it does go inside the crossmember.

Those are (cringe) Dodge rear bumper bracket bolt carriages.
