I got my short sweep water temp sensor and metric adapter today, but ran into a little problem. The end of the sensor would not fit into the adapter completely. I carefully drilled out the adapter base to fit the sensor end down into it. It worked perfectly, and now I need to screw it into the rear of the passenger head where this plug resides now.
What should I coat the threads with?
Yes, I know I have a manifold bolt to fix too.
