Arrow 3 on the tree sloopy shifting help please

I have a 350 with a 3 on the tree and its really sloppy. I mean there has been times when I stopped at a red light and the shifter got caught between gears and I had to get out in traffic, pop the hood and yank on it to free it.

Anyone else have this problem?

How do I fix this and where can I get parts? I think it may just be the bushings but I can't find them anywhere.

???
