I have a unique color fabric (reddish brown) and I am afraid that locating a match will be hard. I might have to hit up a upholstery shop for help on this one. any other ideas out there?
For the record, I have used the elmers wood glue on several of these style head liners. I never had one fail. Of course I have kept one for many years to test the longevity. We live in Oklahoma and humidity is pretty bad during the summer.

The biggest tip I can offer is spread it well and don't leave any "puddles" it may show through the fabric. Good luck!

I actually used a small plastic trowel. You could use whatever you want roller or brush would probably work fine. I scraped all the old foam off with this trowel too.

Re: Headliner ideas

Pulled one out of a K5 at the yard with zero rot on the cardboard. I think it will be too much work to modify it to fit a standard cab but, I may give it a try........
