Looking for opinions on a trade offer so I dont get taken.......

I posted the above link in the early/mid60's forum section and the link above is there to make it easier to see pics. It is a 1964 chevy panel delivery plus $1K in cash and some sound equipment for the panel for my custom 86 c10, interior on my truck is clean, it has a motor swap and and sother doodads but it is solid. I was going to use the cash he would giv eme to fix the body. Please help, Jesse
