1 ton rearend swap

How much trouble is it gong to be to put a dana 70 under my carhauler?(72 GMC 3500).Right know it has a van rearend and Im going to look at a dana 70 in the morning that I can get for 100.Thanks Tony

PS the Dana is in a 70 Ford F350.

Bring a tape measurer, pen, pad of paper and start measuring mounts. That's the best I could come up with.
