Post '59 chevy truck title

Anybody got one for sale? If not, got any suggestions on how I can get one? I don't have a VIN # plate either. someone told me I could use the engine serial # as the VIN #. I could use some input. thanks

Depends on which state you're live. Is there a vin tag on your truck? If so, you could have you're DMV run a check and if it's not in their computer, you could get a bill of sale from a friend and with their proper paperwork they'll issue you a title.

Thanks Seon. I'm in Florida and I have no Vin#. I've seen a couple services on the internet that will provide a title but, I don't know anyone that has any experience with this.

Bruce if you have the orginal front clip, about 8 inches to the front of the steering box there is a number stamped into the frame. That should get u the serial number. Here in NH if you have a bill of sale you can get a title. johnj

I have a '59 VIN and clear title from a 1/2 ton that I parted out. Contact me if you're interested in going that route.
