'55-'59: Hoses thru the Inner Fender?

Hi All,

I'm sure that some of you TF owners have run your A/C line and/or heater hoses through the inner fender instead of through the firewall. Does anyone have any pictures or tips?

Thanks,
Bob

If you have a 59 cab you can just use the existing holes, saves on hole saws etc.

Dicer, I have a '55 2nd series. I didn't know the '59 was set up to do this!

OrrieG, that's always been an amazing build thread, but now you've read my mind. I asked my question on May 5th, and you posted the answer on April 30th!

Thanks for ALL of the cool ideas on your thread. I'll have to start mine one of these days, but I want to get a little farther along before I do. Right now I'm just trial-fitting everything. The headers, steering brakes, fuel tank, motor/trans mounts and rear end are finally all in. I'll be having the driveshaft cut down & balanced today.

Bob

Look for a photo of a 59 TF fire wall under the battery tray, total of 4 heater size holes.
A/C was an option in 59.
