pulled my 64 sub gastank suprised how good shape itis do they make these aftermarket?

pulled my gastank the strap bolt came undone easy the rubber under the strap was in nice shape the tank is in awesome shape i took out the sending unit it also looks good inside looks a little dirty but not rusted this is unheard of here in new york!!!!!!!!! the vent pipe was the only thing it looked like it dissconnected some one had used silicone to attach it anyway is all this stuff avalable aftermarket? i am using a new fuel cell in the sub so i wont be using this just curious any info or comments would be great thanks

I would clean it up fix itand use it. Don't know of any making one that far back

You can get the sender, 64-66. The rest is an antique.......

wow i guess i will have to consider using it but i already have a nice rci fuel cell that i was going to use with a new sending unit i guess i will be thinking it over!

The '63-'66 Suburban/Panel tanks are not reproduced to my knowledge. The '69-'72 Blazer tanks are nearly identicle. They don't have the indentation for the spare tire, and there is a slight difference in depth.
