Is there a bench upgrade you can do without bracket fabrication?
I want to upgrade the bench in my truck to another bench, possibly one with a fold down center console like a 40/20/40.
Is there any swap that will allow me to reuse my rails and sliders? I thought about buckets, but I'm going to just stick with a bench. edit: btw I have an 86 reg cab. Last edited by lbrowne; 05-07-2011 at 04:53 PM. |

I know exactly what you are going through man...I found out swapping to buckets would be a pain in the ass on my burb. So I talked with these guys and they have a solution for a hybrind bench. I just wanted a higher back and console option. With this, I got it so I will order in 2 weeks. http://www.discountvantruck.com/truc...seatsPismo.htm

So there's not really anything I can do that is taking another set of seats from another truck and transfering my brackets over to them...
Thanks for the links though fellas. |
