help with color.
Hey all. I am thinking of changing colors on my 72 4x4. Originally dark olive green with white top and green interior. I was wondering what colors would look okay without changing the dark green interior. Any thought or suggestions would be great. Pictures would be perfect and thanks for helping a guy out.

Re: help with color.
Not too many colors that would flow very well with the dark green interior...

Re: help with color.
But if your set at looking at your options... Go to a paint shop with the Olive green color and see if they have any paint that might compliment the dark green interior. Just a thought. Good luck

The green would look great with white, silver or black. Dare to be different.

Re: help with color.
Leave most of the truck dark green, paint above the body line on the hood and cab silver, and break it up with a burgundy stripe.

Re: help with color.
You could paint the outside yellow and then have a John Deere look.

Re: help with color.
Thanks for the suggestions. I did see a 71 yesterday that had a green metallic paint similar to the green(s) on a mt.dew can. I thought that looked pretty sharp to be honest. May go a similar rout. Thoughts?

Re: help with color.
That could look sharp, especially with a gun metal or charcoal color to complement it, with a matched green pin stripe.
