"New" 1989 truck

I thought I would post a pic of my "new" truck. I bought it from the orginal owner, it even came with the window sticker! I paid $1400 for it. It has 200,000 miles on it. The owner just replaced the timing chain and water pump. It has a 305 with a five speed. I need to put a clutch and a radio in, but that fine with me. It came from the factory, according to the window sticker with a heavy duty chassis, heavy duty heater (?), 34 gallon gas tank, 3.42 rear axle, and some other optinons that totaled $3305. The 305 was $555 dollar option. He paid a total for the whole truck in 1989 for $12,790. I plan on doing the roll in bedliner, flowmaster 50 series muffler, and "beef" up the rear differential. I was going to do a 2 inch lift and 30 inch tires, but I think I will stay witht the stock look. Well thanks for looking and thank yah'll for the great information on the site.

Got the window sticker for my '96. Original owner bought it new.....left it in the glovebox. That's always nice and something that a later owner might also enjoy.

Nice score!

I also have the window sticker of my '97! It's cool to see all the options and everything that the dealership would've seen 14 years ago, maybe 15 depending on the time it hit the floor back then...

Nice catch! Hope she has another 200,000 under her!
