Timing hlp

Need to know around what to time it too ? 350 pretty much stock brand new edelbrock 1406 600cfm dynomax headers, edelbrock torker2 intake accel hei cap and coil and accel pplug wires what u think ???

I don't know if I should respond since I just posted about idling problems, but the sticker on my air cleaner says 8 deg. btc.

on the HEI, I would start about 10-12 BTDC. the Hei dist has (as a rule) less mechanical advance built into the dist as compaired to the old points dist. You might opt for a Crane adjustable advance can, & recurve to suit your driving habits. The crane kit has pretty good instructions on how to set it up. Good luck,crazyL
