Re: Is it possible to transport cab on toyota pickup

you would be surprised how much you can fit in the back of a small pickup. I used to have a ford ranger and I would haul 3,000 gallon water storage tanks in the bed all the time, when I installed them for a living. One guy told me my truck looked like an ant carrying a crumb! They were real light so it was no big deal.... until it got windy, then it would get kinda scary.

Poor Chevy!....the shame of having to be carried on the back of a Toy Auto, one of the Trucks that helped kill that generation off.

Re: Is it possible to transport cab on toyota pickup

Little trucks are built to haul lol I did that with my Chevy S10... The parts fit a lot better in the fullsize, but sometimes you gotta use what's free at the time.

My Toyota truck has hauled everything I needed to get done on my Suburban project over the years, and at the same time hasn't put me into the poor house on fuel costs to do it. Which means more cash for goodies on the Suburban

As much as I support american metal....do keep in mind that Toyota builds/assembles a lot of their vehicles in the USA....more than the domestics do now anyways

Re: Is it possible to transport cab on toyota pickup

Reminds me of the metal scrap guys here with the little tacomas and play yard fencing welded to the bedrails of it so they can pack it to the brim with metal junk. Cant understand how they get away with that but NHP will harrass me about the GVW of my truck pulling a goosneck with a couple tractors on it.

My '02 Tacoma is the most dependable, lowest cost per mile truck I have ever owned.... but when it comes to styling Toyota has yet to build a truck that looks better than the classic (pre-73) Chevy's and GMC's, IMO of course... and probably yours if you are a member here.

Re: Is it possible to transport cab on toyota pickup

This is my opinion, but Chevies and Toyotas are equally enjoyed and utilized. I have nothing but happy memories of both my Chevy trucks and my Toyota trucks. They are what I will continue to own.

Warwick, RI? My son-in-law is from Providence. He and my middle daughter moved from Warwick, back here a couple of years ago. I hope the economy is better for you than it got to be for them.
