Definetly keeping the old green truck. Probably never find another like it. Gonna look into paint and probably rebuild the suspension. Power steering and brakes are for wussies. No offence to you fine folks who have those things in your truck. LOL!!!
So we've been virtual shoppin'. Not spending a dime till the cash is in the bank. Gonna be a new barbeque, a new lens for the wife's camera, a little landscaping and maybe some central air for the house. And a trip or two. Home to Alberta to see her folks and mine. And maybe we'll try Maui this time.

Sounds like you've got the good plan right there. Plus points to the wife for suggesting you put it into the truck (she deserves at least a vacation for thet ). Congrats man!

If you want a show truck.

20K would finish mine and get me well under way with my 4x4 conversion I have planned. But I am also happy with pretty basic builds, and am not really worried about perfectly straight panels. No offense meant to anyone who does.
