Something must be amiss with it.. thats the third time its been on Craigslist.. I have pondered buying it.. swapping the wheels for rallys (I want the Torq Thrust II's) adding the missing parts, putting in the correct grill and sending it down the road, but in the long run it probably easier to just go buy the wheels

Looks like a mutt to me with the '69-'70 front clip and missing/misaligned body panels. Still, for $1300...

I think for what one gets $1300 looks fair and I bet you could possibly negotiate it down.
