Begining to get some mojo back.Tired of tiny garage always packed with crap.Since joining this webpage,i'm back in love with my 68' panel.Moved a few things to atleast get the door open.Does anyone know what that interior paint color/code is,that factory fawn/greyish/silver is?.this truck has always been too blue for me.thanks guys,you all put me "Back in the saddle again"

We should talk. how far is Sayville from me? Do you like projects cause my Blazer is a project.

But in all reality, my fiance would kill me because trading trucks doesn't help pay for a wedding...

Panel looks nice though. Get it out and give it some love

hey jim,no that won't pay for wedding.before i married my wife,she realized who my first love was,my 67-72 trucks!,but i did have to sacrifice,sold a few to buy my house,then kids,ect.your about a 3 hr ride away

hey....my 72 burb has to sit outside in the snow with a tarp over it. i don't even have a @$#%&! garage (yet). at least you have a dry, secure place to keep that beautiful panel truck. build a bigger garage i tell ya!!!

only garage i have is an 8x8 shed....you want packaged.....2 motorcycles, work bench, stand up tool box, hitch mount motorcycle carrier, crates of old tools, newly acquired 66-69 saginaw-borg warner o/d trans, etc. i can get my 350 in and out during the summer but it took 2 people to get that silverwing wedged in there (not on the road yet....to busy with other stuff). i have to crawl over the 350 to reach anything in the back of the shed. and the silverwing has color matching "interstate" saddlebags now too.

i do have plans to build a big steel garage/shop when some other bills are paid and i get a raise. need room to park several cars, 23 foot vintage camper, put in a car lift and have a big rec room above. thinking a 30x60 to 40x80 would be a good size.

Well time to bring this up again. I have since extended on the garage by adding six more feet on the back. My brother banged it out in 7 hrs for me. I followed with tearing out the old walls on the back and leaving the supporting brick column. Made a big improvement since i can now see the grill on the panel again!. Now with my latest purchase, 1970 blazer, it is once again packed, man i need to organize again!!!!.

I see 3 pedals in your panel. Is there a stock factory V8 under the hood? I love the sound of a three with a V8 on our trucks.

Nice panel! I get it. I've used the covered hood, bed...of one project as makeshift tables...when working on the other and vice versa. Pics would be nice when you are able, very cool!

Just a quick question. Can the floor of a burb be made flat like the panel? I'd like to get rid of my spare tire well.

I'm pretty sure you can. Some angle iron and a small piece wood,or change out the entire floor.
