allright weel today i trimmed the inner part of the bed so the wheels can tuck in and after waiting for about 3 hrs for a couple buddys to show up they finally did and gave me a hand putting the bed back on and the bed actually lined up pretty good i was amazed on how close i was with my measurements i had to shim it here and there but nothing major

..... here are a couple of pics....

Doesnt look too bad man. So did you just bolt the bed floor back in on the front bed panel and weld the rest of the floor to the existing bed sides?

yep i welded it to the bed sides and on the front panel i put about 10 bolts at first when i was centering and measuaring than end up welding it also i got on top of the bed and its pretty steady over all it came pretty good i thougt tomorow im gonna bolt it to the frame and take better pics.....

page 5 on my build i have some pics but i got more if you need it i actually got the idea from dv8 here on the forum, all you need is to figure out how much you need to raise it and take out 3 inches for the beam the sits under the bed floor and what ever measurement is left built the frame from there hope that helps let me know if you have any questions...
