Appreciate it guys. Truck is originally from the Bay area...Alameda actually. My dad bought it in 85 or so and was in Grass Valley, Calif (NE of Sacramento) since 94. While I was stationed at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, I got the truck...hence the plates. I had it transported to where I am stationed now...Augusta, GA. Only has 94,000 original miles so it really needed minimal work in comparison to trucks located elsewhere. Just surface rust.

Seats are out of an early/mid 90's Blazer II. 60/40 split with the center console. Junkyard = CHEAP. They still look new.

Tires are 255/60 on 15" stock 5 lug 80's ralleys. Drop is 3.5" Front and 4" Rear. Front drop is 2.5" spindle and 1" drop spring.

Other info...
5 lug conversion:
73 front susp.
75 rear susp.
1970 Chevelle SS LS6 motor. Motor was cast and built in 1992 as one of the last LS6 454 crate motors. Stage III 700R4 transmission built by Bowtie Ovedrives. Most of everything else I have mentioned.

Thanks guys for the compliments. I've tried to ensure that the intent of being a truck is maintained. I think they call these Resto-Mods? Anyway, much appreciated!

Great looking truck! Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done. Been there and done that, it is a lot of time and money.
