Which Kit 3/4 drop

I ahve a 83 c10 LWB. Truck is all stock, i have been looking over the threads here and find it all confusing. Im used to lifted the things sky high but now im in a different world. Truck will be daily driver and I want to shy away from notching. So my question is, can i go 3/4 with out running into any major problems, and should i just by a djm kit and install. Thanks

Yea you can do a 2.5/4 kit with no problems. I know if you use a 3" drop spindle you will run into clearance issues if you stay with the stock 15" wheels.

I'm most likely going with either stock rally wheels or nice chrome. Truck will be flat black when painted going with a rat rod look. Can I just order the whole kit from someplace is is there extras I need
