So I'm jumping in here without reading back for more info. What I am seeing is that 1) you are having an issue with your front brakes dragging, 2) you have converted to discs in the front, and 3) you have been having this problem.

Are you still running the 68 master cylinder? the master cylinder for drum brakes has a check valve in it to prevent bleed-back. For disc brakes this check valve must be removed to allow the caliper pistons to fully retract. If you have not done so yet, swapping to a 70+ MC, or removing the front brake check valve may correct your problem.

Again, I'm just telling you all this because I am to busy to read back and see what all is involved in your brake swap. Good luck! Hope this helps!
