Trailmaster lift kit

so i bought a 97 chevy 2500 with a trailmaster 4" lift on it. took it wheelin' last weekend and threw my alignment out a bit. when i took it in for an alignment they said my pitman and tie rods were shot and could not align it. soo i go down to the store and pick all new steering parts, except tie rod adjusting sleeves....turns out trailmaster uses extended tie rod adjusting sleeves, and replacements are $60 each. (can't get the old tie rods out of the sleeves )

is there any other sleeves that would work? i need them 14 to 15" long, and accept factory tie rods. i heard trailmaster used a dodge adjusting sleeve and threw their name on it, but i can't find a part number.

any help or insight is greatly appreciated

here's a couple pics
