ESC bypass? having issues!

OK.. so when the 305 was still in my truck, i tried to bypass the ESC system.. went to the 4 pin connector, clipped black and green, twisted them together.. no spark.. un twisted them, hooked the connector back up.. had spark again... so what am I missing??? I do not wanna run this ESC system on my new 350.. and I've heard the instructions plenty of times, a lot of people say this works great.. so i dont doubt it..

Just find an older style HEI Dizzy and be one with it. Then you can remove that box

What he said. That was the first thing I'd do on an 86 model if I were getting rid of all the junk under the hood.

Re: ESC bypass? having issues!

Got one like this for my 350 and it worked well, not bad for 50 bucks including shipping.
