Re: Dash prep for paint

You just need to sand it down with a 320 or so sand paper, clean it up with a wax and gease remover, wipe it down w a tacky cloth to remove any lint tape everything off and paint. If you are using spray paint I have had some recent success with a Valspar implement paint that Tractor Supply sales. I detailed everything underneath the hood with this paint and was pleasantly suprised.
