Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

These are pretty awesome, nickel plated, stainless internals, 1/8" NPT ports so you can use any push to connect fittings with them. Super nice quality. Same functions as the paddles plus a exhaust port.

Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

Found a video of an S10 with paddle valves and 1/4" line:

May be others can comment if this is a good idea of what one could expect as far as fill/dump speed is concerned. If this is about right, seems pretty reasonable to me.

Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

There are a few thinks to look at.. This guys truck seems a little slow on the lift.

How did he plumb his system?
What tank pressure is he running?
Was this 2 paddles (1 for front 1 for rear)
Or 4 paddles ( 1 per tire).

I agree. The drop seems about right, but lift should be a bit faster.

Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

That must be from too low pressure or volume. I had bags on the front of my 65 with 1/4 lines and it would fill in 4-5 seconds.

Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

Im glad you guys posted an example of the setup. You guys have anymore videos of the paddles lift and drop? That was a little too slow for my taste.

The air management whether solenoid type valves, ball valves, paddle valves, or any other valve will not keep you for laying frame or get you to lay frame for that matter if your truck is not mechanically designed to lay frame. The ride height as well will be the same as any other valve.

Re: Attention All Air Baggers..

Waytolow--- question for you..
The valve and gauges can they be disassembled in order to place in my dash? I plan to weld up the hole in my truck dash where the AC/heat controls are and I want to add the gauges and switches to that area? My question is can they be mounted that way or is the black plate what your stuck with? I really dont want that sticking down from my dash because I dont think it would look good.
Thanks0

Yes, the panel is fully modular so I can sell you two gauges, 4 paddles, some t's and line and you can mount them wherever you want. I can supply a simple diagram as well.
Thanks

They mount just like a standard 2 1/8 automotive gauge w/the 'U' bracket on the backside. Cut the hole to size, poke the gauge through, install the u-bracket on the back-side, install & secure the hardware. Mine are mounted easily within reach but 'out of sight'.

Do I get 50 bucks off since that plastic mounting plate cost a ton to make

I will buy one of these from you soon.. I just have a few more things that need to come first. I will be in touch.

You know I have never once used that U-bracket, My holes have always come out pretty much a press fit, just pushed the gauge in and it has stayed, never had any problems with rotating or pushing back out. I know that's the right way to do it, just never needed it.
