That's a nice burb, and the price is to me right in there for a 4x4 burb in that condition.
Something must be scaring people away, because its been up for sale a few times over a year or more. Maybe price, but to me I think it's fair from what the pictures show. EDIT: Ok, I looked again. Current bid is 9,200.00 and reserve not met yet. So, maybe the owners reserve is a bit high? who knows.
