I can't remember exactly but I think it might be 1" 1/16? I thought about the rear bar as well but just haven't wanted to spend a ton in shipping to get one up here so it'll stay without a rear one for a while.

Just went through the entire thread, Very nice looking truck and exceptional work. I might have missed it in the build, but what headers did you use for the Ls swap?

Thanks! The headers I used are made by Sanderson for LS1 swaps into s10's and they are ceramic coated. I'm not sure if there the best flowing but they work good enough!

Thanks for the quick response, was there any fitment issues other than the small amount on the pass side? I'm trying to compile as much info and parts for my 72 blazer

No other than that they fit fine in the frame and actually the passenger side may fit without modifying anything. I know there are lots of other headers that are available that fit these trucks as well.
