Notched rear end & wheel width
Just started measuring my rear wheels, i have a 63 long fleet, will be on bags in spring location, with a small step notch,
Whilst measuring for the clearence issues i have noticed that when aired out the rear wheels will hit the joint that steps in on the outer upper fleetside area where the two join with a 1 " joint near the upper area of the wheel tub, (where the fleetside body rolls inwards) I was hoping to go with 20 x 9.5" or 18 x 11" I have a stock width axle, Anyone else got over this situation, PS; i like deep dish wheels that are close to the wheel arch, Thanks Last edited by roofingbloke; 06-07-2011 at 07:16 PM. |

Re: Notched rear end & wheel width
You'll have to trim the inner bed wall & mini-tub w/that much drop & wheel width in the back.
