Looking to bring my rearend down a few inches. Any member have the time and tools to make a 1" or 1.5" (1 1/2" prefered) drop block?

I know you can buy them with U bolts etc. I already have the U bolts, Just need the block. My bits dont go up that big, and I dont really wanna buy a cheap bit thats going to only last a time or 2.

I didnt know if I should post here or the parts thread..

I will look at work tomorrow to see if I have some metal to make you a set. You know how long they need to be?

Ok, I wasnt sure if it was a WTB really. Im just looking for someone with the stuff to make me some drop blocks cheaper than 70$.

I think around 7" long. Id like someone thats already built a set 1 time before. Needs to be solid or thick wall.

Here's a pair I made. The metal is aircraft aluminum from Boeing, so it is high quality and expensive. They are 1 1/4".
I will ship them to you for $60.

pickemup, i hate to be picky and come off like a you know what. But I can get u bolts and blocks in whatever size I need for like $68 bucks thru speedwaymotors.

I use to make them out of solid steel or aluminum stock.
But I wouldn't do it for less than $50 shipped.
($11 of that was shipping thru USPS)

So those are some good prices!

Is that for a pair or just one? The way its listed it makes me want to think that's just for one block.
