Fender to Cab Seals - Install?

I just picked up a new set of fender to cab seals for the Blazer because the originals must have been removed/fallen out some time in the past. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to install them. Each side consists of one long piece and two smaller rounded peices. Can someone help me out here with some pictures of them installed? If feel like a retard.

My Jimmy doesn't have them either but I would like to see about putting them on. It is my understanding that they only came on the Chevy CST or GMC Custom models. The non CST/Custom models didn't have them. Is that correct?

What benefit is there from putting them on? Noise reduction?

Are we talking about these things? Wish I had a better 'installed' picture.

1949GMC & Leddzepp -

Thanks for the pictures. It all makes sense now. Looks like there is a metal bracket that holds the 'rubber' to the cowl. Guess I need to either find or fabricate that, and do some fancy stapler work to make my repo rubber work.
