ANYONE who has installed McGaughys 1350/1850 Shocks help PLEASE.. FAST!!!!!

Ok, im nearly done with my lowering kit but when i opened my shocks i got an arrangements of sleeves for the rear, 2 bushings per shock and the bolts with that machined surface on it. the bolts will NOT go through the bushing with the already installed metal sleeve, the surface diameter on the bolt is bigger than the sleeve. Is there a way to get this to work so i can finish truck today? Do i need to remove ALL sleeves from the rubber bushing and run ONLY the bushing and bolt with no metal sleeve through it? I figure you guys have installed on 73-87s before, please tell me how you did it.

Also, the front shocks came with NO HARDWARE at all, is this correct or did they forget to add hardware to front shocks. If so should i go to who i bought the kit from or straight to McGaughys to correct this. They are just making this VERY difficult by having NO instructions at all about this whole kit except for C Notch and flip kit. Please reply to this soon as possible so i can try and get this finished today.

Thank you so much guys!!!!

Ok. I'm still somewhat confused why it won't fit together though. Was your bolts and bushings/sleeves the same way?
