My 83 C30
Just picked this up Sunday. It's primarily going to be for my girlfriend to drive to the feed store for when we need hay and feed for all our critters. It didn't run and we first thought it was the fuel pump. That may have been part of the problem, but the other was a bent primary metering rod (it has a carter carb on it). I straightened up the rod as best I could and it fired right up. I have some extra metering rods somewhere in my shop I'm hoping will work and then all it really needs is the brakes bled and some wiring reworked on the tail lights. It's an 83 C30 with the 350/TH-400. Nothing fancy for the interior and it has rust starting in the usual places.

Re: My 83 C30
Thanks! I'm pretty happy with it. Does anyone know what ratio the rear end might be? The sheet on the glove box says standard rear axle and I haven't had the chance to crawl under it and see if there is a tag. Thanks!!!
